Roger Prichard, died 26 January 1670/1, married 1st Frances ( ), died 9 March 1650/1 Springfield, Ma.

Roger married 2nd, 18 December 1653 at Milford, Ct. to Elizabeth (Prudden) Slough, daughter of James Prudden, and widow of William Slow or Slough who had been executed at New Haven for a sexual deviation under the Mosaic law, which was then the law of New Haven Colony.

Roger and his family came from England to America between 1636 and 1640 and was among the early settlers at Wethersfield, Ct. in 1640. Was in Springfield, Ma. in 1643. He was made a freeman of Massachusetts Bay 13 April 1648. He was an after planter in Milford in 1653.

  2. Benjamin b. Jan 1657/8 Milford, d. 9 Apr 1743 aged 86 Milford,
    m. there 14 Nov 1683 Rebecca Jones, d. of Benjamin and Hannah (Spencer) Jones of Milford.
    Will 6 Dec 1742, proved 22 Apr 1743. Ch: Benjamin, Joseph, Rebecca, Roger, John, James.
