Carla Pulliam who published many, many books extracted from Franklin County, IL records at the courthouse, newspapers, etc. She has published many Obits and Tidbits books. She wants to transition to travelling with the time she has left. What records she has that are "digital", she would like to make them public - and accessible to researchers. Her files are in Word Perfect which Sheldon Jones volunteered to convert to PDF.

We are not sure how quickly she will be sending "books" - but the Obits and Tidbits 1850-1884 Franklin County, Illinois is now available.
